Plan detailing the structure and organization of the proposed Ecole royale des colonies which was to have been founded in Haiti in order to teach the new class of civic and military leaders in the French Caribbean. The school was to have eleven levels of instruction (from ages 9-19), teaching such subjects as personal hygiene, writing, drawing, music, dance, military tactics, religion, logic, metaphysics, moral philosophy, and the French language.
